Brooklinen: Humankind Concierge 

WHAT IS HUMANKIND?

Humankind Concierge is a platform that can be integrated onto e-commerce retail sites to allow users to speak 1:1 with a real stylist/sales rep via SMS.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Thanks to my collaboration with the Customer Experience team to launch this feature integration, Humankind has driven $382,083 in sales from October 2024 - March 2025.


The launch of this feature began by participating in kick-off meetings with cross-departmental leaders and the Humankind client account manager.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Design the UX/UI for Brooklinen’s Humankind site integration, accounting for all aspects of how users will be able to access this throughout their site journey. Balance access to the feature with ensuring that the core Brooklinen site journey is not overshadowed or hindered by the Humankind integration.
